Firstly, the villa is absolutely stunning and presented to a very high standard. Everything we expected to be there was, it worked and was in excellent condition.
In advance of arrival, we had received gate codes, lockbox codes and alarm codes, all of which worked first time, being able to check into the house without going to an agents office first is brilliant after a long flight.
The pool was cleaned twice during our three week stay, the guy was polite and respectful of our belongings and privacy around the pool. Finally, we asked for and got a couple of hours extension to leave which was ideal for us before heading to the airport.
We have already re-booked with Florida Leisure for the same villa this Christmas and I would recommend (already have done actually) your service to anyone. Mark Alexander “Loved it!
