Firstly, the villa is absolutely stunning and presented to a very high standard. Everything we expected to be there was, it worked and was in excellent condition.
In advance of arrival, we had received gate codes, lockbox codes and alarm codes, all of which worked first time, being able to check into the house without going to an agents office first is brilliant after a long flight.
The pool was cleaned twice during our three week stay, the guy was polite and respectful of our belongings and privacy around the pool. Finally, we asked for and got a couple of hours extension to leave which was ideal for us before heading to the airport.
We have already re-booked with Florida Leisure for the same villa this Christmas and I would recommend (already have done actually) your service to anyone. Mark Alexander “Loved it! 4618-E is an executive classification, luxurious, 6-bedroom, 4˝-bathroom
home with its own private screened pool and Jacuzzi. This home
features a larger than normal swimming pool and an oversized deck area
for lounging around in the sun. Additionally there is a large screened balcony
overlooking the lake and woodlands. This home is
located on Cumbrian Lakes; a peaceful subdivision situated approximately
10 minutes from the Walt Disney World entrance and is conveniently
located for the other attractions. This home has a maximum sleeping
capacity of 15. There are 3 master bedrooms: the 1st master has a king
sized bed, the 2nd & 3rd masters have a queen in each, the 4th &
5th both have 2 twins in each room and the 6th bedroom has bunk beds,
with a full size at the bottom and twin above. There is also a
sleeper/sofa in the upstairs den area. The upstairs lounge area
has been converted to a game area with Pool Table and Foosball. Beautifully furnished, there
is ample kitchen equipment, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range,
washer and drier, towels, linens etc. There is a 57" Large Screen TV &
DVD in
the downstairs living room, also a TV & VCR in the upstairs living/game
room and TV/VCR in all of the 3 master bedrooms plus TV in 2 of the twin
rooms. A gas grill is
also available. The garage has restricted access. This is a
non-smoking and pet-free home. High Speed Internet is also available
