Firstly, the villa is absolutely stunning and presented to a very high standard. Everything we expected to be there was, it worked and was in excellent condition.
In advance of arrival, we had received gate codes, lockbox codes and alarm codes, all of which worked first time, being able to check into the house without going to an agents office first is brilliant after a long flight.
The pool was cleaned twice during our three week stay, the guy was polite and respectful of our belongings and privacy around the pool. Finally, we asked for and got a couple of hours extension to leave which was ideal for us before heading to the airport.
We have already re-booked with Florida Leisure for the same villa this Christmas and I would recommend (already have done actually) your service to anyone.

Home 4750-E is an executive classification, luxurious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom plus pool bath 2 storey home with its own private screened pool and Jacuzzi. The garage has been converted into a Game room with Pool Table. This home is located in Cumbrian Lakes; a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 15 minutes from Walt Disney World entrance and is conveniently located for the other attractions. This home has a maximum sleeping capacity for 10. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the 2nd bedroom offers a queen-size bed, bedrooms 3 and 4 offer 2 twins in each room, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is cable TV/DVD and CD in the living room, TV/DVD in the master and full bedroom, TV in both twin rooms. Game Cube in 1 of the twin rooms and there is a PS2 with games provided. Stroller and travel crib are also supplied by the owner.
