JOB DESCRIPTION:
Florida Leisure Vacation Homes rents
and manages over 100 three- to seven- bedroom vacation homes in the
Disney area. A FLVH Reservation Sales Agent would be responsible for
generating revenue and promoting customer service through telephone
sales of vacation home rental stays. They would be answering incoming
calls, obtaining reservations, entering customer information into the
database, forwarding rental agreements, and communicating necessary
information to the customer. They would also be responsible for placing
courtesy calls to past guests and introductory calls to prospective
guests. At times, they may be called upon to assist in other areas of
the company. At all times, they would be expected to perform their
duties with an attitude of superior customer service, whether it is with
a guest or fellow employee. The focus of all aspects of the position
would be from a marketing perspective; the ultimate goal is securing
reservations and creating a relationship with our guests that keep them
coming back to us.
