Universal Orlando Resort made National Chocolate Day even sweeter at The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen, where renowned chocolate artist Paul Joachim made a special appearance and hand-crafted a variety of chocolate sculptures in front of guests. In addition, the chefs at The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium whipped up a special milkshake to commemorate National Chocolate Day.
Paul Joachim created four incredible chocolate masterpieces inspired by Universal Orlando’s experiences, including the ferocious face of King Kong, the iconic Universal Orlando globe, a massive, 100-pound recreation of The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium and more.
Plus, guests were able to enjoy a new specialty milkshake – created exclusively for National Chocolate Day – called “Jacques’ Chocolate Day Special,” made with white chocolate ice cream, Dutch chocolate ice cream, whipped cream swirl and topped with a freshly baked black and white cookie and steampunk gear garnish.
The 19th century Steampunk-themed, full-service restaurant features an expansive menu with everything from twists on classic steak, seafood and pasta entrees to gourmet burgers and sandwiches to an “all-day brunch” menu featuring French toast, crepes and more. In addition to gourmet-level desserts and magnificent milkshake creations, The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium raises the art of chocolate to an entirely new level with unique creations like coffee and chocolate chicken wings, chicken gnocchi with a rich chocolate mole sauce and even a mocha old fashioned cocktail.
