NBC’s Today Show Does the Disney Half Marathon
Disney’s Half Marathon, which took place bright and early this morning, wasn’t without stargazing opportunities. Among the record-number 27,300 runners who took part in the event were three of the anchors from NBC’s “Today” show.
Natalie Morales was the first of the trio to cross the finish line and she was later joined by Meredith Vieira and Al Roker.
The half marathon is the second event of the major events that take place during the annual Disney Marathon Weekend. A full marathon takes place tomorrow morning. Approximately 17,000 runners will compete in that race.
