Orlando City Soccer Club has this afternoon acquired 10 players through the Major League Soccer (MLS) Expansion Draft, as the Club continues to build a competitive roster for the 2015 season.
Below are the players selected by Orlando City in the MLS Expansion Draft:
“We’re really pleased with the result of today,” said Head Coach Adrian Heath (pictured above left with Phil Rawlins – President of Orlando City Soccer (center) and Paul McDonough – Senior VP of Soccer Operations at Orlando City Soccer (right). “We’re very happy with the players that we’ve drafted, along with the players that we expect to be joining us shortly.”
The draft sees a return to Orlando for Lewis Neal (pictured above), the scorer of the first ever goal for City in USLPRO. Lewis said “My family and I couldn’t be happier and I can’t wait to start making more memories with this great organization!”
