There’s not much time left this year to enjoy the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival… in fact just two weekends as the event closes on 13 November 2011.
The festival has been celebrating its 16th birthday this year and judging from the number of people we have seen at the park, it must surely have set some records for the best attended, not to mention the most money spent! It really has been a great event and all you need to get in is a regular Epcot admission ticket and then a few bucks as you wander around the lagoon.
From trendy Cork, Ireland to the melting pot of Cape Town, South Africa, you are able to take a tour across 6 continents through their most mouthwatering foods and beverages! You can savour a delicious array of options as more than 25 international marketplace kiosks offer tapas-sized portions of regional specialties at $3 to $8 per serving. Recommended wines and beers make perfect pairings at each kiosk and in addition to the cultural cuisine, exhibits along the promenade showcase the entertainment and traditional crafts of several countries to complete the fabulous experience.
