“Villians Unleashed” Returns to Disney’s Hollywood Studios in August
Following the huge success of Disney’s Friday the 13th Limited Time Magic Villains event in 2013, Walt Disney World has today has announced an after-hours event bringing back the bad guys and girls for one night.
The evening will bea hard ticket event and will be held at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on August 23.
Pricing is $67 for adults, and $62 for children plus tax. Sales for Annual Passholders and DVC Members begins today – June 5 through June 8 2014 and sales to the general public begins on June 9. There are no discounts available. To book, call 407-939-1933 for APs and 800-800-9800 for DVC Members.
The event will start at 8pm and then run through to 1am. Guests may enter the park at 5pm with the event ticket.
A full evening of fun is expected as more than 50 Disney villains, including some from “Star Wars”, will be present. The entertainment includes “Hades Hangout & Dance Party” and “Oogie Boogie’s Variety Show” while select Disney’s Hollywood Studios attractions will also be open, including The Twilight Zone – Tower of Terror, Rock N Roller Coaster, Toy Story Mania! and Star Tours. Guests are encouraged to arrive in costume to hangout, enjoy the dance party, and a special fireworks finale called Villainy In The Skies.

- Oogie Boogie’s Variety Show: Boogie down to Theatre of The Stars to see Mr. Oogie Boogie host a special variety show, which will be crawling with entertainment.
- ‘Villainy in the Skies’ fireworks and Fantasmic! pre-show: Behold the wickedness as villains takeover Fantasmic! for a deviously fun pre-show, then unleash their powers into the night sky for a special-themed fireworks display.
- Star Wars Villain Zone: Witness the power of the dark side as some of the most feared villains in the Galactic Empire patrol Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
- ‘Ex-Scream’ Makeovers” ‘Show your Villain Side’ and get your face painted to look just like a favorite Disney villain!
- Hades Hangout and Dance Party: Hang out with the ruler of the underworld and dance the night away with his party crew – house band Bernie Briquette with Brimstone, DJ Igg Nite and the Underworld Dancers.
- Villainous Food, Drink and Merchandise: Enjoy special mischievous treats and remember the night for years to come with villain-themed merchandise. Not included in ticket price.
- Attractions: Revel in the fun of up to 10 favorite attractions like The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror or Star Tours – The Adventures Continue and maybe, encounter a villain lurking around.
Promises to be some evening,,,make sure you get your ticket now. Last year it was sold out and the car park lot was full by just after 7pm!
